We are a small, family owned and operated business. All of our menu items are prepared from the freshest foods available in the area. We make what we serve. If you choose hand pulled pork, you can take it for granted that our hands did the pulling. Most of our recipes are family recipes which have been altered through the years, but we're always looking for ways to make our products better.
