You may have seen us around town and not known who we were.

	Private parties, Christmas parties, themed events, business meetings, family reunions, corporate meetings... This is just a sample of what we do. The idea and the theme is set by you, our customer. Then we make suggestions on how we might help you achieve your goals.

Our friendly and helpful staff will come to your home or office. If we know in advance what your decorations will be, we can prepare a beautiful display to compliment the decor... or you can host a private party in our reception hall.

	Our chefs prepare the freshest food from local vendors. Everything is prepared by hand, cooked fresh using our own recipes, and displayed in a decorative manner to suit the theme of the event.

What better way to spend a lovely day in the mountains than to have a private party or reception on the lawn. Garden Parties are our favorites. There's nothing like the combination of sharing great food, the company of friends, and the fresh mountain air!

	This photo was taken on the stage of the Louise Mandrell Theater in 2005 during the Christmas Season. Louise donated the use of the theater to Relay for Life, and we donated our catering services. Louise hosted, and Pat Summit (of UT Women's Basketball Fame) was one of the special guests at the event which raised over $5,000 for the charity event.

It would be our pleasure to have you come by our beautiful facility and take a tour. We're located less than 10 minutes from traffic light #3 in Pigeon Forge, on a lovely secluded private estate. We're away from the traffic, away from the noise. In fact all you can see from our place is the beauty of the surrounding mountains and woods.

Our reception room comfortably seats up to 50 people indoors, with spacious decks for additional seating.

When people come to visit, they are slow to leave... it's not a problem, just an observation.
